For more than 25 years, Dynaway has been exclusively focused on Enterprise Asset and Maintenance Management (EAM) solutions built for Microsoft Dynamics platforms. Briefly put, we are asset and maintenance management experts, and we are widely considered the industry leader in our field. To support our continuous global growth, we are searching for a consultant to join our Danish organization. You will report directly to the Director of Professional Services and will work closely together with Dynaway's commercial organization in our efforts to expand our partner and customer base.

Globally, Dynaway goes to market with +100 reselling partners, who work together with end-users to cover their software needs for business-critical processes. As a business, we primarily sell and deliver our solutions through our network of reselling partners, but we are also frequently involved in projects directly with end-users of our software. Dynaway consists of approximately 40 engaged employees working from offices in Denmark, Poland, India, and the United States. Dynaway is owned by [xxxxx] A/S◀, a leading Scandinavian software company with more than 3,000 employees.

Your Role: Drive Delivery of Dyanway EAM for Business Central Projects
As part of our team in Aalborg, you’ll work with international customers and innovative technologies to create real business value. As a subject-matter expert within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will play a critical role in our delivery of projects, and our collaboration with reselling partners. You will be taking lead in the installation and configuration of Dynaway's software for end-users, and you will be the go-to-resource for reselling partners for technical coaching, and solution-specific education. Occasionally, you might also be involved in presales engagements and technical after-sales support.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Lead and deliver implementation, installation, and configuration projects.


  • Ensure that our reselling partners are well equipped to effectively promote, sell, and service Dynaway's solutions.


  • Provide end-user training to maximize clients' usage and experience with Dynaway's solutions.


  • Work as a global subject-matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.


  • Contribute to the ongoing customer experience via various touchpoints with existing Dynaway customers.


  • Provide day-to-day functional support to partners, ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries, incidents, and functional issues related to the solution.



Your Profile: A Trusted Advisor
We are looking for someone who combines business acumen with a customer-first mindset.

  • Bachelor’s d[xxxxx]ree or equivalent professional experience including fluency in written and spoken English.

  • Experience from a consulting role within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem.

  • Ability to simply communicate business value based on complex technological solutions.

  • Consistently demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, especially on meetings with partners and end-users.


  • Excel at working closely together with colleagues on projects and accounts.


  • Flexibility to support an international customer base and motivation to explore and apply emerging AI trends.
