As Customer Success Partner in Maersk Project Logistics you are responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will work actively together with the European Sales Teams to ensure that assigned customers achieve their expected business outcomes with our Maersk solutions.

As Customer Success Partner in Maersk Project Logistics you will be part of a winning team with high growth ambitions within our area of responsibility.

The position will be located in Aarhus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure Sales reps are supported using the standard channels and build long-term trusting relationships with the customers to ensure they realize full value from their investment with Maersk.
• Ensure internal alignment on customer’s goals and marketing strategies. Partner with cross-functional Maersk teams to develop and execute omni channel digital marketing strategies that maximize value for customers
• Continually assess customer progress toward stated goals and drive expected results in the areas of adoption, usage, business value, friction and overall relationship
• Engage globally with local sales owners to support for business growth via rate negotiations.
• Find synergies among existing and new customers for optimization and best practice sharing.
• As a customer advocate, ensure customer needs are met and account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed
• Manage the Allocation process and coordinate with customers to ensure they deliver on the commitment.
• Manage the tender handling process from small to large scale and co-ordinate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and competitive offer Is submitted to the customers
• Timely contract renewals & contract management

The strong candidate has:
- Relevant experience from shipping, logistics or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written in English
- Structuring complex tasks from A-Z
- A collaborative mindset with a “can do” attitude
- Commercial mindset and interest
- Relationship building skills, both with customers but also internal stakeholders
- Logistics product understanding including how it solves different customer pains
