Are you driven to create special customer experiences, inspiring surroundings and providing the world's best service? We are now looking for a Customer Care Consultant (German speaking) for our head office in Aarhus.

About the job

As a Customer Care Consultant for our German market, you will become an ambassador for [xxxxx]. You will work at our beautiful head office in Værkmestergade and become part of the inspiring [xxxxx] culture – which is based on training and development, engaging colleagues and creating unique customer experiences.

For this position, the focus is on sales and service, and we work hard to provide a superbrand service to all our customers. If you have a background in the service industry, this will be a great advantage.
It is also important that you understand the balance between thoroughness and efficiency. We work in a fast-paced environment, where the perfect solution is measured by both speed and substance. You will have a wide network of contacts, both inside and outside the organization. It is key that you have good collaboration skills, and the ability to keep a cool head and a good mood even when things are busy.

Your tasks are diverse and will include:

  • Advising customers and stores by phone, email and social media
  • Handling complaints and ensuring satisfactory and quick resolutions for customers
  • Follow-up on payments, deliveries and other customer-related administrative tasks
  • Working closely with the other departments and our stores
  • Ensuring optimal workflows and solutions for the customer and [xxxxx], independently and in collaboration with your colleagues

Our Customer Care is currently open from 8 am to 7 pm every day of the week (except Sundays), but your primary working hours as a consultant will be from 08:00 to 16:00 from Monday to Friday. However, you will have an evening shift from 12:30 to 19:00 as well as a weekend shift (Saturday) from 09:00-16:00 approx. once or twice a month.

Your competencies:

  • You speak and write fluent German - this is a requirement.
  • You are also fluent in written and spoken English, and it will be a plus if you also speak Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian
  • Experience with telephone and written customer service will be an advantage
  • You are very service-minded and put the customer first
  • You take pride in solving tasks quickly and efficiently
  • You are motivated by performance reviews and see them as a way to grow
  • You are a good team player and help everyone reach the goal
  • Experience with D365 will be an advantage
  • You master the office suite and have an interest and flair for IT.
