Therefore, we are currently looking for a Service Manager to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Team and Role

We learn and achieve success together. Operating in the aerospace, defense, and security sector, we support customers and partners worldwide. Within [xxxxx] Support & Services (TSS) Service Delivery, we manage and deliver after-sales activities including projects, service contracts, technical support, incident and problem resolving, warranty handling, spare parts delivery, repairs, training and onsite services.

As the department is based in both Lystrup and Søborg, and we work closely with [xxxxx] colleagues in the U.S., Singapore and other regional offices, we focus specifically on team spirit, helping each other and collaboration across locations, projects and tasks. You will join a team of five Service Managers, working closely together. In this coordinating role, you will understand customer needs, establish the necessary structure for each task, and engage colleagues and stakeholders to ensure success. As a Service Manager, you will be part of the Project Management career path that involves coordinating tasks, executing service deliveries, managing incidents and problems, and ensuring that deliveries and services covered by a service contract comply with all applicable requirements.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer dialogue and managing expectations
  • Planning, execution and follow-up on delivered services and budget
  • Managing and resolving problems efficiently
  • Administering service contracts
  • Monitoring agreed service levels delivered to our customers
  • Sharing lessons learned and implementing best practices in the daily work

There will be a steep learning curve, but you will quickly get to know our internal procedures and interfaces. You will run several tasks simultaneously, some independently, so you need to be able to prioritize. But you will have experienced colleagues ready to help you settle into the job and great opportunities for development.

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has a solid technical foundation and experience addressing customer needs
  • Is familiar with the ITIL framework and experienced with ERP systems
  • Masters stakeholder management
  • Has a structured mindset for data management and analysis
  • Is an experienced user of IT tools such as MS Office
  • Communicates effectively and collaborates well across teams

You may be in your early career but understand the necessity of coordination and follow-up to ensure that the activities are moving in the right direction and the customers are satisfied. In addition, you are a great communicator with a global mindset who can visualize data and explain your input to people from different technical and cultural backgrounds.
