Your role in our team

You will be based in Lystrup, Aarhus, and join a team of ambitious and dedicated finance colleagues who pride themselves on collaboration, focus, and commitment.
You will play a central role in preparing consolidated financial statements and annual reporting for the [xxxxx] Group, giving you an exciting opportunity to make a real business impact and grow professionally.

In this role, you will also help drive the development of our business by being a leading part of the transformation of financial controlling and strengthening our internal control environment. Going forward, you will have the opportunity to influence which strategic projects in Global Finance you would like to be involved in.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing consolidated financial statements and annual reporting for the [xxxxx] Group
  • Leading audit planning and preparing audit documentation
  • Supporting M&A activities and PPA allocation
  • Monitoring compliance with evolving financial regulations
  • Assisting with quarterly reporting to the Foundation and Board
  • Contributing to the implementation of automated consolidation and annual reporting tools
  • Supporting financial controlling of subsidiaries and driving the transformation of our internal control environment

Bring your world-class expertise into play

You are fluent in Danish and English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

  • A candidate master’s degree in auditing (CMA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within auditing, taxes, consolidated financial statements
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel and reporting
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experienced in working with Danish and IFRS standards and requirements to Financial Statements

You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trusted relationships with both stakeholders and team members. You communicate clearly and professionally across international teams, for example, when presenting financial information to stakeholders or delivering updates to senior management. You are open and respectful towards different business cultures and understand how to adapt your approach to diverse professional settings.

You are goal-oriented, highly reliable, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to meeting deadlines. Thriving in a dynamic work environment, you manage multiple tasks and parallel activities effectively while maintaining a structured and detail-oriented approach. You handle reporting cycles and audits with confidence, ensuring accuracy and quality even under pressure.
