The Product Marketing Manager for AI Solutions will champion the positioning, marketing strategies, and commercial enablement of Milestone’s emerging video AI products. These early-stage solutions operate at the forefront of Video Analytics technology.
This role requires deep curiosity about emerging AI markets, ability to define ideal customer profiles for novel technologies, and skills to craft messaging and use cases for products on the road to market fit. Given the early-stage nature of these AI solutions, this role requires exceptional flexibility to adapt based on user feedback, market validation, and product evolution, while co-creating product-led growth strategies to drive organic adoption.
This role involves close collaboration with a product team on launches, feature development, and AI-driven use cases to drive long-term revenue growth and market adoption. You will join a team of four product marketers responsible for Milestone's whole product portfolio, sharing expertise, learnings, and best practices across the group.

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create strong product positioning and strategic marketing plans for early-stage AI products, ensuring alignment with revenue and market share goals.
  • Craft Messaging and Collateral: Develop clear, compelling messaging and product marketing assets that highlight the value of AI solutions.
  • Market Segmentation: Identify, test, and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to prioritize marketing efforts for relevant segments, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
  • Product-Led Growth: Collaborate on strategies to optimize user onboarding, in-product experiences, and self-service adoption to reduce friction and accelerate growth.

  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from the sales force to refine and optimize marketing strategies and materials, keeping up with product innovation and adapting to changing market dynamics.

  • Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with video analytics, computer vision, AI/ML technologies; privacy regulation and anonymization requirements; and AI training workflows and data preparation.
