Nordic Marketing Manager – Dairy
Lactalis Scandinavia based in Skævinge (Hillerød) is looking for an experienced and ambitious Nordic Marketing Manager to take full ownership of two exciting dairy brands: Stay Strong in Denmark and Salakis in Denmark, Norway and Finland. This is a high-profile role with responsibility for brand strategy, innovation, marketing execution and commercial performance.
You will lead the development and implementation of long-term brand plans, ensuring brands are relevant, competitive and inspiring for Nordic consumers. With a strong balance of strategic vision and practical execution, you will take full ownership of brand management—driving initiatives from initial concept development through to large-scale campaign execution and product innovation. In close collaboration with sales, marketing colleagues, supply chain, and finance, you will ensure that all marketing activities deliver measurable commercial impact and sustainable business growth. As part of your role, you will also guide and support a dedicated team of 2, while building strong partnerships with creative, media and design agencies. Your leadership will help foster collaboration, creativity and accountability across both internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Brand ownership: shaping positioning, communication platforms and portfolio strategies for Stay Strong and Salakis
- Innovation leadership: managing the pipeline in collaboration with European factories and R&D, ensuring launches meet consumer needs and in line with overall strategy
- Consumer & market insight: using Nielsen NIQ, Kauza and other tools to turn data into actionable strategies
- Campaign delivery: leading 360° communication plans and in-store activations that drive growth and engagement
- Commercial accountability: managing budgets and P&L, tracking KPIs and ensuring strong ROI.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG and food/dairy categories
- Proven success in brand building, campaign management and innovation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with consumer insight tools.
- Commercial acumen and P&L responsibility
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across teams and countries
- Fluency in English and Danish (other Scandinavian languages a plus).
