Do you want to help transform, lead, and execute our future marketing agenda? Do you thrive in a role as a hands-on leader for a team of experienced and skilled employees who are tasked with rethinking and extending the marketing function? And are you able to combine new opportunities with strong experience from markets and functions? Then you might be our new Marketing Manager.

You will head a team of four employees who currently manage and execute a wide range of marketing activities—from content creation, graphic production, in-store and event execution, PR, and much more.

That requires a strong professional profile who can secure both dialogue and alignment with our markets, while also expanding cooperation with our development function", says Chief Product & Marketing Officer, Andreas Kjær Thomsen.

Are you confident in the intersection of marketing, sales development, and innovation?
You will be part of a larger product and marketing department that collectively bears the responsibility for developing, managing, and marketing our broad product portfolio. You’ll work closely with product management and the sales organization to ensure that our marketing efforts are sharp, coordinated, and value-creating. Your primary tasks will include:

  • Leading and developing a team of four employees
  • Developing and driving [xxxxx]’s marketing strategy and plans
  • Co-driving Go-to-Market planning and ensuring market alignment prior to product launches
  • Prioritizing, coordinating, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • Optimizing the use of the marketing budget – with a focus on ROI and business value
  • Strengthening dialogue and collaboration with sales and markets – primarily our 10 A-markets
  • Serving as a key link between marketing, product development, and the commercial part of the organization
  • Managing collaboration with freelancers, suppliers, and external partners

A strategic and innovative profile with strong business acumen and impact
We are looking for a driven and action-oriented colleague for a key role, so it's important that you are responsible, proactive, inspirational and self-driven. You can lead both a strategic and operational agenda with many stakeholders – you’re capable of driving change while also creating stability and motivation. We imagine that you:

  • Have experience with (or strong potential for) leading and setting direction for a marketing team
  • Hold a relevant master’s degree, combined with solid experience (and of course passion) for marketing management across digital and analog platforms
  • Thrive in the role as a bridge towards product development, sales, and markets – and can communicate complex messages in a simple and engaging way
  • Possess a strong business acumen and know what it means to be both user- and customer-oriented
  • Have a natural ability to motivate, make an impact and effectively drive projects and dialogues, enabling involvement, decision-making, and progress in your areas

If you also have experience with SMCG and speak German, it will be an advantage – but not a requirement. Danish is also not a requirement.
