E-Commerce Manager – Born Donor Bank (Aarhus)
Born Donor Bank is growing – and we’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to take our digital presence and online sales to the next level. This is your opportunity to play a central role in scaling a purpose-driven brand in the fertility industry.
About the Role
As our E-Commerce Manager, you’ll own and drive our online sales growth, optimize the digital customer journey across markets, and lead key marketing initiatives across our e-commerce platforms. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — and help shape the future of how we connect with families and donors online.
You’ll lead a digital team and collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing, client care, sales, IT, and external partners.
This role reports to CCO.
Your Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Operations
• Oversee daily webshop operations saeddonor.com) and ongoing digital projects.
• Optimize product listings and on-site offerings to maximize conversion and revenue.
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate campaigns.
• Track KPIs, report analytics, and drive data-based improvements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage the e-commerce and digital marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Project Management & Coordination
• Lead e-commerce marketing projects across website, email, social, and paid media.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Customer Journey & Experience
• Improve user experience through personalization, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
• Ensure seamless checkout flows and CRM/marketing automation integration.
• Collect and apply customer insights to enhance engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, “Vævsloven,” and fertility industry standards.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, paid media, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).
• Experience with email marketing, CRM systems, and automation tools.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable growth through digital channels.
• Experience working across multiple markets is a plus.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and measurable outcomes.
• Creative flair in campaign development and execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Danish or other languages are a plus).
• Both strategic and hands-on approach.
