We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist & SoMe Lead to take end-to-end ownership of our paid media efforts in new European markets and to lead and evolve our organic social media presence across platforms. You will play a key role in our international growth, turning data, creativity, and storytelling into qualified applications from future commercial pilots while building a strong, authentic GreyBird brand on social media.

Your Role & Responsibilities
You will have ownership across two closely connected areas:
Paid media execution in new markets and Social Media leadership across channels.
Performance Marketing (New Markets)
- End-to-end responsibility for paid media efforts in new European markets, with Meta Ads as your primary channel
- Execute and continuously optimize our Go-To-Market strategy for market entry and growth
- Develop campaign concepts, creative hooks, and storytelling across upper-, mid-, and lower-funnel initiatives
- Produce and optimize video content for paid media based on performance insights
- Set up campaigns, manage targeting and budgets, and drive continuous performance improvement through structured testing
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting (e.g., Excel / Google Sheets) with learnings and recommended next actions
- Work with Webflow and WordPress to set up and optimize landing pages supporting paid media campaigns
SoMe Lead (Organic & Community)
- Own and lead GreyBird’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok in accordance with our Social Media Strategy
- Evolve our social media strategy, aligned with brand, growth, and community goals
- Plan, create, and publish organic content that builds engagement, trust, and awareness
- Translate trends, formats, and platform dynamics into content that fits a modern pilot academy
- Create and edit content using tools such as Instagram Edits, CapCut, Canva, or similar
- Handle light graphic work and video editing for organic social content
- Ensure strong synergy between paid and organic social using insights from each to strengthen the other
- Act as the internal go-to person for social media
It is a strong advantage if you also have experience with:
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Snapchat Ads
- Conversion tracking setup and debugging
Who you are
- You have approximately 2 years of experience working with performance marketing and social media, either in an agency or in-house
- You are a go-getter who takes full ownership of results and creative direction
- You are comfortable setting goals, defining priorities, and structuring your own workweek
- You enjoy testing, learning, and improving both creatives and performance
- You combine creative instincts with analytical thinking
- You are hands-on in Ads Managers and confident managing social media channels day-to-day
- You can translate data and insights into simple, engaging stories internally and externally
- You see yourself in an international company in strong growth
- You are comfortable with speaking/writing English, as many of your colleagues are international
- A genuine interest in aviation is a strong plus
