We are now looking for astructured, proactive and creative Omnichannel Marketing Specialist to help drive high-impact campaigns across our digital and retail channels. In this role, you will play a central part in bringing the brand to life across D2C, B2B and strategic key account partners.

You will support seasonal campaigns, product launches, retail activations, digital toolkits and trade marketing - ensuring a consistent, engaging and commercial brand experience across all touchpoints.

Maternity cover: 15- months

Drive Campaign & Activation Execution

  • Support the rollout of seasonal campaigns across D2C, B2B, retail and key accounts
  • Deliver activation toolkits (POS, digital assets, guidelines, product copy)
  • Coordinate cross-channel timelines, briefs and deliverables with Creative & Sales
  • Ensure strong launch execution for collections, exclusives and strategic collaborations

Strengthen Retail & Wholesale Activation

  • Develop and implement in-store materials: signage, windows, displays, SIS updates
  • Support market-specific activation plans together with Sales & Brand Engagement
  • Coordinate seasonal B2B portal updates and secure inspiring presentation of collections
  • Support strategic key accounts with bespoke activation content (banners, landing pages)
  • Own B2B Newsletter communication
  • Contribute to fair planning, development and on-site execution

Execute Digital Content & E-Retail Readiness

  • Build and deliver digital assets for D2C, CRM, paid media, newsletters and launches
  • Ensure availability, accuracy and alignment of assets across all image banks and partners
  • Drive e-retail excellence through updated listings, brand content and seasonal go-lives

Project Management & Cross-team Alignment

  • Own timelines, workflows and coordination across all omnichannel activities
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Engagement, Creative, E-com, Operations/Customer Success/Logistics and Sales
  • Maintain structure, documentation and briefs for all marketing initiatives

Performance & Optimization

  • Track B2B portal performance, e-retail activations and campaign effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to enhance execution quality and partner experience
  • Improve omnichannel tools, guidelines and internal processes continuously

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, retail activation or e-commerce
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to drive campaigns end-to-end. We use Asana - experience with the platform is required
  • Experience working across digital channels, retail environments and/or e-retail partners
  • Strong coordination skills and confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, E-com and Operations
  • A commercial mindset with strong attention to detail, structure and execution quality
  • Comfortable handling multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong visual and content understanding - able to brief, review and quality-check assets, and comfortable working in creative tools such as Photoshop, InDesign and similar systems
  • Experience with marketing tools, e-mail/SMS Klaviyo marketing automation platform, CMS, asset management or B2B portals is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) — Danish is an advantage, not a requirement
