We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of People & Culture to build, lead, and elevate the People function at . You will be the sole HR professional, acting as a trusted partner to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the broader organisation. Your work will shape our culture, strengthen performance, and ensure we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.

The Role
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of People & Culture to build, lead, and elevate the People function at . You will be the sole HR professional, acting as a trusted partner to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the broader organisation. Your work will shape our culture, strengthen performance, and ensure we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic People & Culture Leadership
- Develop and execute a clear People & Culture strategy aligned with ’s business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, ELT and Extended Management Group (XMG).
- Partner with ELT to drive constant organizational development initiatives, supporting growth, structure, and scalability.
Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Building
- Build a strong and diverse talent pipeline for future growth.
- Own the full recruitment process, including screening, candidate experience, and employer branding.
- Create long-term workforce planning and succession strategies.
Talent Development & Performance Culture
- Develop and implement a performance-driven culture with clear practices, rituals, and tools.
- Enable leaders with frameworks for feedback, goal-setting, and performance conversations.
- Orchestrate and establish using feedback within the organization as a key driver and tool the organisational development
- Support ELT on leadership development and succession planning.
People Development & Training
- Build and run an annual training agenda, including management training and professional upskilling programs.
- Identify critical development needs and deliver impactful learning experiences across the organization.
Culture & Employee Experience
- Safeguard and nurture ’s culture as we grow.
- Design and execute engagement initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration, and wellbeing.
- Ensure all employees experience a consistent, aligned, and inspiring employee journey.
HR Foundations
- Build all foundational HR tools and frameworks, including:
- yearly wheel
- HR policies
- compensation structures
- salary benchmarking
- job architecture & leveling
- onboarding & offboarding
- Ensure compliance and best-practice HR-operations.
Business Partnership
- Provide value-adding support to leaders across the business.
- Use insights, data, and feedback to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Serve as a strong internal ambassador for People & Culture initiatives.
Key KPIs
Team & Culture
- Employee engagement score (annual & pulse).
- Employee turnover rate (target reduction year-over-year).
- Time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.
- % of leadership team participating in P&C initiatives and trainings.
Performance & Development
- Completion rate of performance reviews and goal-setting cycles.
- Participation and satisfaction scores from training programs.
- Number of internal promotions and succession readiness.
HR Infrastructure & Compliance
- Completion of yearly HR wheel and key processes.
- Benchmarking accuracy and competitiveness of compensation structures.
- Implementation rate of new HR tools, frameworks, and policies.
Organizational Effectiveness
- Leader satisfaction with P&C support.
- Improvement in cross-functional collaboration and structure (survey-based or project-based milestones).
- Reduction in employee relations issues due to proactive development and training.
Who You Are
- A strong HR-generalist with experience building HR foundations from scratch.
- Experienced working in a fast-growing organization -preferably in lifestyle, design, retail, or consumer brands.
- Strategic yet hands-on; comfortable shifting between long-term planning and day-to-day execution.
- A natural culture carrier who leads with empathy, clarity, and structure.
- Confident working closely with senior leadership and influencing decisions.
- Passionate about building strong teams and helping people grow.
- You understand the importance of values, brand fit, and diversity in skills for individuals and team as a key part of organizational development
