As the Nordic Product Brand Manager, for L’Oréal Paris Skin Category, your role is to build the yearly strategy plan, together with the relevant stakeholders. You will be at the heart of the portfolio management and launch process and you will manage the media activations and campaigns of the Skin category, while shaping the Nordic recommendation for local implementation. The role reports to the Senior Nordic Product Brand Manager for L’Oréal Paris.

You will...

Manage the strategy of your category to gain market share Select and animate your assortment for the Nordic countries Build the vision of each campaign/launch (based on consumer insights) and be the project leader along the way Own the paid media plan/strategy and execution for your category. Develop locally relevant campaigns in close relationship with creative and production agencies. Manage the budget from production costs to media buying. Own the product expression on all touchpoints: visuals, claims, merchandising and POS input Analyze and prepare sell-out analysis at period level to share internally and externally Monitor market/competition activities incl Media & product launches Be the voice of the Nordic markets for your category to European headquarters Your profile...

You have experience from a similar role (+2y), preferably from the FMCG industry You have a relevant degree within Marketing, Branding, Business or similar You have excellent communication skills You are creative, consumer centric and passionate about skincare You are an experienced Excel-user who likes to work with and analyze numbers You are detail oriented and organized in your daily work You thrive in a complex matrix structure, and are a pro-active team member You are fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language We are looking for our new Nordic Product Brand Manager to start in as soon as possible .
