Your mission…
We are looking for our next Nordic Product Brand Manager in the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland). You will lead and develop a brand's product & service portfolio for the Nordics, acting as the expert for product, category, consumer, and market knowledge to steer the brand strategy, particularly by orchestrating launches and growing hero/star products. You will report to the Nordic Brand Business Leader.

Own Nordic product portfolio management: strategy and growth plan, launch & book process (market analysis, ambition, sizing, assortment, calendar, investment) and shape the Nordic recommendations for local implementation Drive 360 implementation (O+O) in collaboration with other BU team members & consumer engagement Provide convincing rationale and storytelling for commercial and trade based on local insights Generate sell-out analysis and share conclusions and recommendations internally Be the guardian of the brand expression offline and online: artworks, claim validation, model rights, POS merchandising & design guidelines, planogram guidelines and master visual plan Own the paid media plan and secure execution in collaboration with Media Manager (content) Contribute and support A&I plan We are looking for...
You have 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably from the beauty industry You have a good knowledge of the on- and offline Nordic media landscape and trends You have excellent communication skills You are both creative and an experienced Excel-user who likes to work with numbers You are detail oriented and organized in your daily work You have an analytical mindset and are eager to look for consumer insights As a person, you value ownership, dedication and personal development As a team member, you can bolster team spirit naturally and share your enthusiasm You are a team player with leadership qualities You are fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language Skincare experience is an advantage We are looking for Product Brand Manager to start in Q1.
