Your mission
We are looking for an Online Business Manager Graduate to strengthen the Marketing & Digital team in our L'Oréal Luxe division in Copenhagen, Denmark.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital acceleration, ensuring a seamless and premium consumer journey across some of our online touchpoints. You will be driving online visibility and optimizing the return on investment, driving success and innovation within our Nordic operations.

Oversee online brand experience across platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging, visual identity, services, and tone of voice. Monitor and manage consumer and retailer reviews, taking proactive action on needed changes to enhance experience both quantitatively and qualitatively. Drive digital visibility plan, in-line with the 360-marketing plan, to maximize share of visibility and achieve a strong return on investment (ROI). Make use of data-driven insights for continuous improvement and optimization. Develop and implement strategies for organic and paid search engine optimization (SEO/GEO) and retail digital media, including collaborative ads, in collaboration with the Business Unit Media Manager. Develop and implement the Business Unit DDX strategy, setting targets and driving the agenda in close collaboration with the LUXE DDX manager.
Your profile...
You have recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Business, E-commerce, or a related field. You possess a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including SEO, GEO, and e-commerce mechanics. You are data-driven and analytical, capable of translating numbers into actionable business insights. You have a passion for the beauty and luxury industry and understand the nuances of premium brand image. You are fluent in English, while proficiency in a Nordic language is considered a plus. You are proactive, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
