København

We are looking for an Ecommerce Brand Manager to strengthen the Ecommerce team in our Consumer Products Division in Copenhagen, Denmark.

In this role, you will drive the online growth of a world-leading makeup brand across key Nordic e-commerce partners. You will own the activation, content, and performance agenda across priority retailers, ensuring best-in-class execution, strong hero visibility, and a seamless digital path to purchase.

This is a highly hands-on and operational role. You will work closely with our agency partner as well as internal stakeholders and retail partners to create, adapt, review, and implement PDP and media assets across multiple platforms. Success in this role requires both strategic understanding and a strong execution mindset: you enjoy being close to the details, turning plans into action, and making sure campaigns and content go live flawlessly.

You will play a central role in accelerating sell-out, strengthening brand equity online, and turning data into concrete commercial action across the Nordic e-commerce landscape.

You will…

Lead the ecommerce strategy: Build and drive the yearly e-commerce activation, content, and hero-prioritization plan across priority retailers to support long-term brand growth, visibility, and market share. Own performance tracking: Monitor weekly and monthly e-commerce KPIs such as sell-out, traffic, conversion, ROAS, share of voice, share of search, and hero performance. Translate insights into clear recommendations and action plans with key stakeholders. Drive retailer activation: Develop and execute retailer-specific activation plans covering transactional campaigns, retailer media, and online brand campaigns, with strong focus on key commercial moments such as Black Friday, Holiday, new launches, and always-on activations. Ensure content excellence: Deliver best-in-class PDP and brand-store content across partners, including SEO copy, imagery, ingredients, usage information, video, and other conversion-driving assets, ensuring all content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand guidelines. Own day-to-day asset execution: Work closely with our agency partner, ECF, to brief, develop, review, adapt, and implement PDP and media assets across retailers. Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, retailer-compliant, and delivered on time. Champion heroes and launches: Support hero and mega hero products through high-impact activations and ensure new product launches are live, in stock, and fully optimized from day one. Help drive visibility for key hero products, newness, and valorized offers such as bundles and larger pack formats where relevant. Own operational excellence: Take a hands-on approach to campaign execution by following up on asset creation, feedback rounds, retailer specifications, implementation status, and final go-live quality across all priority activations. Optimize the digital shopper journey: Manage ratings and reviews, user-generated content, cross-selling opportunities, internal linking, and other conversion levers to continuously improve the path to purchase. You are…

Experienced: You have 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, e-merchandising, content execution, or a similar role, ideally within FMCG, beauty, or another fast-paced consumer category. Highly hands-on: You thrive in an operational role and enjoy being close to execution, whether that means briefing assets, reviewing copy and visuals, coordinating feedback rounds, or following implementation through to final go-live. Strong in execution: You are detail-oriented, structured, and motivated by making sure campaigns and content are delivered with speed, quality, and precision. Commercially and analytically strong: You are comfortable working with performance data, media efficiency, and sell-out analysis, and you know how to turn numbers into actions. Content and UX minded: You understand what good PDPs, strong brand stores, compelling content, and conversion-focused ecommerce execution look like. Collaborative: You are confident working in a matrix organization and enjoy partnering with multiple stakeholders, including agencies, internal teams, and retail partners. Organized: You are able to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and retailer requirements at the same time without losing attention to detail. A strong communicator: You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English. A Nordic language is a plus. Media savvy: You have experience with, or a strong understanding of, transactional and retailer media, and ideally know how content, media, and assortment work together to drive online performance. What’s in it for you?

We are looking for our new role to start as soon as possible. This is a permanent position. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We welcome everyone to apply no matter your gender, ethnicity, physical abilities, religion, or sexual orientation.
