    • Long-term Strategy — Architect multi-horizon commercial strategy in an increasingly competitive and fragmented market
    • Launch & Life-Cycle Excellence — Lead end-to-end product commercialisation, from development alignment to flawless market execution

    • Market Intelligence — Work with insights to develop sophisticated consumer and competitor strategies, leveraging advanced analytics to anticipate trends and inform executive-level strategic decisions

    • Cross-Functional Influence — Act as the strategic connector across R&D, medical, regulatory, and market access functions — leading through expertise and influence, convening and energising senior stakeholders without formal authority

    • Performance & Financial Stewardship — link strategy and investment guidance to long-term forecasts, build KPIs, translating data into decisive action and developing strategies to consistently outperform competition

  • Who You AreYou are an exceptional commercial expert and natural influencer — someone who combines intellectual firepower with the emotional intelligence to inspire without authority, align without mandate, and drive results without a formal team beneath you.You bring:
    • A master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

    • 10+ years of progressive commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry

    • Proven success in leading complex product launches and life-cycle management at scale

    • Outstanding ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across a matrixed organisation

    • Sharp strategic vision, strong data analytics capability, and financial acumen

    • Exceptional communication and executive presence — you know how to read a room, build trust fast, and turn competing agendas into a unified direction
