If you thrive in a fast‑moving environment, enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, and want to influence decisions at the highest levels, this role offers a unique opportunity.Your new roleAs Business Partner, you will work directly with the VP of AI Reinvent & Engineering, who reports to the Chief AI Officer of [xxxxx], positioning the function at the core of accelerating and scaling AI across all business areas.In this role, you will help shape the strategic direction for the organisation, support the development of the AI and Reinvent agenda, and lead high‑impact initiatives that make a tangible difference for the business. The work is varied, hands‑on and highly influential. You will often be the one who brings structure, clarity and momentum to complex topics, ensuring that priorities move forward and decisions translate into real progress.Your main responsibilities
Acting as a trusted advisor to the VP and providing clear analyses and recommendationsDriving the development and execution of strategic projects and objectivesPreparing presentations, agendas and materials for leadership and executive meetingsOverseeing project follow‑up and maintaining a good overview of ongoing activities and reportingCoordinating ad hoc tasks such as planning off‑sites and leadership workshopsEngaging with stakeholders across the organisation and helping keep everyone alignedSupporting strategy execution and ensuring plans translate into concrete actions.Your new departmentAI Reinvent & Engineering develops digital and AI capabilities that enable better decisions, faster innovation and strong operational excellence across [xxxxx].

Your contribution will help enable AI‑driven solutions that support patients worldwide.Your skills & qualificationsWe imagine you bring:A master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field4+ years of experience from strategy, consulting or a similar roleStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to create clarityA proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate challenges and prepare accordinglyGood decision‑making skills and the ability to move work forwardStrong communication abilities, both in writing and in personA high level of independence, integrity and personal driveExperience with Data, Analytics or AI is an advantage but not a requirementFluency in written and spoken English.As a personYou communicate clearly and comfortably at all levels. You adapt quickly to changing circumstances and work well in situations where not everything is fully defined. You can prioritise, organise and keep momentum in a busy environment.
