That’s why we are introducing a brand-new role for an experienced LMS Administrator & Content Creator who will help building our VID FIREKILL Academy, both virtual and physical from the ground up. What You Will Do

As our LMS Administrator & Content Creator, you will be the driving force behind our new learning platform. You will design, build, and support in creating digital + hands-on learning experiences to inspire, train, certify and onboard external fire protection stakeholders globally in the world of first-class water mist fire protection systems.

You will join a small and dedicated team with a big global footprint, and you will be reporting to the Academy Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Learning Content Creation
    • Develop high-quality learning modules using storytelling, videos, quizzes, and structured solution/product training.
    • Use authoring tools such as Articulate, Kaltura, Captivate, or similar to create engaging, interactive content.
    • Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible learning experiences.
    • Ensure all content follows brand, quality and compliance standards.

  • LMS Administration
    • Manage users, permissions and learning paths.
    • Upload and maintain content.
    • Track and report learning performance, compliance status and completion data.
    • Support learners and stakeholders with basic troubleshooting.

  • Physical Academy Support & Operations
    • Assist in planning and coordinating on-site training activities, demonstrations and events.
    • Support preparation of training rooms, equipment, technical setups and learner materials.
    • Help coordinate logistics such as scheduling, attendee communication and setup/cleanup.
    • Maintain documentation and administrative records.
    • Over time, the position may evolve to include delivering hands-on training sessions as subject matter expertise grows.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, ideally combined with internship experience or up to 0-3 years of experience in LMS administration, e-learning development, or digital learning.
  • Strong understanding of LMS workflows, user management, reporting and digital learning principles.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical experts.
  • A creative mindset with sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong project coordination capability. You can plan, prioritize and deliver on time.
  • Ideally: Hands-on experience with at least one major authoring tool (Articulate, Kaltura, Captivate, etc.)
  • Ideally: experience working in a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment (not required but a plus).
