Become a part of our Track and Digitalization Department
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team. We are a team of track engineers, project managers and CAD/BIM specialists working alongside our customers on some of the most significant projects in Denmark. And we are thrilled to have contributed to projects like Driverless S-train in Copenhagen (DSB Future S-train) and New Railway Aarhus-Silkeborg.

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team. We are a team of track engineers, project managers and CAD/BIM specialists working alongside our customers on some of the most significant projects in Denmark. And we are thrilled to have contributed to projects like Driverless S-train in Copenhagen (DSB Future S-train) and New Railway Aarhus-Silkeborg.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Leading projects from start to finish, including participation in idea and construction programmes, project proposals, authority- and tender projects, execution, delivery and follow-up.
- Handling clients wishes, needs and values to contribute to a trust-based, close and professional collaboration.
- Participating in resource planning and financial composition of our projects.
- Playing a critical role as design/discipline lead on projects, including construction management and supervision.
- Foster and contribute to a highly professional level within the discipline, and act as a mentor and sparring partner for your colleagues.
- Contributing to the technical development of the discipline.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineer or similar.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience with railway or infrastructure.
- Preferably experience as a consultant or contractor.
- Proficiency in Danish and English, both verbally and written.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
