About The Role
You’ll collaborate with the wider dentsu team and other specialist teams to bring big ideas to life while focusing on delivering tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & planning: Sparring with client and media specialists on budgets, media choice, ad formats, etc. for upcoming campaigns.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms. Assist with pacing, creative testing, and reporting to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet objectives.
- Learning & Development: Work closely with senior team members to understand campaign strategies, platform best practices, and client objectives. Actively develop your skills through training, feedback, and hands-on experience.
- Collaboration & Support: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and insights for clients. Work alongside senior colleagues to contribute to client projects and brainstorm new ideas.
- Data & Insights: Help gather and interpret performance data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting the team in making informed decisions.
About you
- Paid Social Expertise: Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest ads management including planning, execution, and optimization.
- Creative mindset: An interest in creating engaging ad content and a flair for spotting what works visually and conceptually.
- Innovative Mindset: Passionate about staying ahead of trends and solving challenges with new technologies.
- Collaboration & Communication: Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
