Would you like to take a leading role in developing the next generation of Aseptic Filling equipment and take responsibility for the equipment in a large Filling department? If you have a technical aptitude and want to work with a highly motivated team, to achieve high Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and deliver top-quality products to patients, then you might be the perfect candidate for this position! The job As Advanced Aseptic Manufacturing Specialist, you will be a part of our sub team responsible for the technical support of freeze-drying equipment, focusing on optimization and maintenance of the validated state. Other responsibilities include:
  • Validation/Verification
  • Conducting systematic problem-solving
  • Deviation handling
  • Leading cross organizational projects
  • In other words, you will take a leading role as an expert in optimization, problem solving, document approval, and ensuring that the solutions are in line with industry standards. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • An academic degree within mechanical, chemical, dairy, production engineer or a relevant technical background
  • 5+ years of experience from a similar position
  • Interest in technical installations and prefer to work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to make quick decisions on the floor without compromising on quality
  • Full proficiency in spoken and written English
  • As a person you are structured and thrive on having contact with many people, and you can easily create a network with colleagues. Additionally, you can quickly generate an overview and prioritise your time in a busy working day with deadlines and many exciting tasks. Furthermore, you are willing to work in a quality management system. About the department Finished Products site Gentofte and Værløse is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). At our sites in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse, we are more than 750 colleagues responsible for transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into the finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, freeze-drying in a sterile environment, assembly, and packaging. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimise our processes and invest in the latest technology. Working in BRD, Novo Nordisk BRD is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. In BRD, we are not only supplying all Novo Nordisk products to people living with serious chronic diseases, but we also use our competences in biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
