The PositionAs an Environmental Monitoring Supporter, you will join an amazing Environmental Monitoring (EM) Support team. As you grow into the position you will start to play key role in the Environmental Supporters of our API production, work on daily operations activity in the factory.This role offers interaction with all our departments and stakeholders ensuring knowledge sharing and information flow.
The main tasks will be to:
• Update standard operating procedures, handle deviations and change requests.
• Ensure process improvements and EM-related projects.
• Perform Risk Assessments when changing products or implementing changes.
• Train colleagues to ensure compliance.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you have:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in biology, microbiology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or similar natural science field.
• Extensive experience from a laboratory or in a production in relation to environmental monitoring in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), pharmaceutical production and microbiology.
• The ability to confidently present to authorities in audits and inspections.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English.

The department is responsible for production equipment, maintenance, calibration, and the internal production environment. We are organized in teams with daily cooperation closely across departments, teams, and professional groups.You will be part of the 2nd line environmental team consisting of 10 talented and dedicated employees; 8 environmental supporters and 2 facility-responsible.
EM Support specifically, is responsible for supporting our production facilities by maintaining the classification of our facilities.
