Main Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, actionable analysis and storylines that inspire change
- Prepare and present oral and written reports internally and externally
- Activate business acumen and substantiated recommendations to create distinctive added value for clients
- Engage in client dialogue and interaction
- Support management of project teams
- Co-create new concepts, frameworks and methods
- Drive internal apprenticeship
General requirements
- Ideally 2-4 years of professional experience
- Strong and well-tested analytical skills
- Ability to drive actionable change in well-established organizations across the private, public and investor sphere
- Ideally experience from working with strategy, culture, and ESG frameworks
- Academic background (e.g., business, biology, philosophy, anthropology, etc.)
- Excellent written and spoken Danish and English – German would be an advantage

- Results-driven mindset and ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects
- You can contribute with creative ideas to realize the full potential of organizations – and have the drive to implement these ideas
