Our restaurants in Copenhagen are now looking for driven and passionate Pizzaiolo with experience in Italian cuisine, a talent for cooking, attention to detail, and strong social skills. It’s important to us that our chefs have hands-on experience in the pizzaiolo field and a genuine passion for food and hospitality. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tasks related to the kitchen in the unit.
- Produce high quality food to ensure a great food experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all our products.
- Maintain a high standard of service and work environment in the kitchen.
- Ensure that the kitchen and stock are always kept clean and tidy.
- Follow health and hygiene procure according to government guidelines.
Our perfect pizzaiolo has:
- Proven experience working specifically as a pizzaiolo, along with general kitchen experience and the ability to operate across all kitchen stations.
- Experience in doing service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- You have great sense of ownership and work well both independently and in teams.
- You speak and understand English.
We offer:
- Full-time position starting in March or April.
- Salary based on experience.
- Working hours include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
