Søly Bakery with a focus on sourdough bread, classic and modern pastries, and solid team workSøly Bakery was originally established as an extension to Søly Bistro as a micro-bakery, but quickly grew into becoming an independent entity within the organization as its popularity grew exponentially. We therefore decided to move the bakery into its own location around the corner and become a proper sourdough bakery.
We make bread and pastries entirely from scratch, using traditional methods. We only work with the best ingredients and source locally, if possible. We offer delicious sourdough bread and many kinds of pastries including, but not limited to, croissants and other laminated items, cinnamon rolls, cookies, etc. We are continuously developing new recipes to surprise and delight our guests.
We are looking for:It is crucial to be passionate about the job and to have experience working with sourdough and/or pastries, as you will be part of the daily operation.

Assignments:- Keeping clean and tidy work space as it is an open kitchen
- Inventory and keeping track of mise en place
- Good organizational skills
- Multitasking
- Working with precision and intention
- Keeping open dialogue with team mates and strategizing together
- Good at troubleshooting and problem solving
- Open to possible irregular work hours (ie. Earlier start on busier days)
- Keeping health department standards
- Treating the bakery as if it were your own
