We are a global team of 14 colleagues from six different nationalities, based in Copenhagen and Chennai, working to drive the commercial agenda across Ramboll globally. As our new Student Assistant, you will support significant initiatives such as the key account management programme, client insights & analytics, integration of global commercial systems, top management reporting, and more.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Supporting commercial excellence related analysis and recommendations to top management</li><li>Facilitation of global commercial excellence forum</li><li>Maintaining and supporting business intelligence tools (Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics)</li><li>Supporting the orchestration and further development of our global key account programme</li><li>Change management and communication initiatives regarding commercial excellence efforts</li><li>Drive your own smaller initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Currently studying Bachelor or Master’s degree within the fields of Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Knowing your way around Excel and PowerPoint and possessing a flair for making your work simultaneously detailed and presentable</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability to engage with relevant stakeholders of all levels in the business, building strong positive key relationships, remaining objective and commercially focused</li><li>Self-motivated and results-oriented in nature</li><li>An ability to work 15-20 hours a week on average</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: being proactive, structured and having a close attention to detail and a knack for analytical thinking. You are a strong team player that is able to identify and take on new tasks quickly and independently, taking on responsibility of your own tasks from day one.
