The Role As Pattern Maker, you will play a key role in ensuring strong construction, fit, and quality across our product categories. You will support the design and buying teams throughout the product development process and contribute to efficient workflows and high standards.
This is a full-time position based at
[xxxxx]’s Head Office in Copenhagen. You will report to the
Head of Design. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Measuring proto, sales, and production samples across multiple product groups
- Creating, maintaining, and updating measurement charts and construction guidelines
- Preparing and maintaining size guides
- Commenting on samples with a strong focus on fit, construction, and quality
- Leading and participating in fit sessions
- Updating and maintaining product data in the PLM system on a daily basis
- Close collaboration with design, buying, and production teams
- Ongoing dialogue with suppliers
- Various ad-hoc tasks related to product development
You will work across a wide range of textile product categories, including outerwear, clothing, interior and accessories. With four annual collections, the department offers a dynamic, creative, and collaborative working environment where professionalism and innovation are key.
Does This Sound Like You? We imagine that you:
- Have experience from a similar position within children’s clothing
- Are a trained pattern maker with relevant professional experience
- Have solid experience with fitting and commenting on samples
- Have a strong understanding of garment construction, tailoring, and fit
- Possess a good sense of form, shape, and proportions
- Are structured, detail-oriented, and able to maintain an overview
- Take ownership and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders
- Are proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with PLM systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of 3D tools is a plus, but not a requirement
