THE OPPORTUNITYAs Mover’s Logistics Manager, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing fleet team that makes reliable, high-quality delivery experiences possible for our customers. You’ll own everything fleet-related – from long-term strategy to hands-on daily operations.
THE JOBYour responsibilities will include:
- Lead and develop our team of Fleet Operations Specialists
- Build strong relationships with drivers and contractors
- Manage negotiation and contract processes contractors
- Continuously optimize our delivery model with a focus on quality, cost, and compliance
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Interact with clients and key partners to ensure operational excellence
