Saxo is looking for a Temporary Non-Financial Risk Support & Advisory professional to join our Group Non-Financial Risk Management function for the period of 1 February - 30 June 2026.
This temporary position is located within the Second Line of Defence (2LoD) and plays a key role in supporting and advising the business on the management of non-financial risks across the Group.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the global organisation, contributing to a strong risk culture and ensuring that non-financial risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and managed in line with Saxo’s risk framework and regulatory expectations.

- Supporting and advising the first line of defence on non-financial risk management topics
- Contributing to the development, maintenance, and implementation of non-financial risk frameworks, policies, and standards
- Assisting with risk assessments, risk reporting, and monitoring of key non-financial risk indicators
- Supporting governance processes, including risk committees, issue management, and follow-up on remediation actions
- Providing input on regulatory and internal requirements related to non-financial risks
- Collaborating with stakeholders across business units, compliance, and other risk functions
Your profile
We are looking for someone who brings structure, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset. Ideally, you have:
- Experience or strong interest in non-financial risk management, operational risk, or enterprise risk within a financial institution
- Understanding of the Three Lines of Defence model, preferably with exposure to a 2LoD role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels
- A proactive and structured approach to tasks and deadlines
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
