We are currently seeking a Client Vigilance Manager to enhance our compliance with investor/client protection rules. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Head of Client Vigilance Solutions, where you will play a critical part in building and supporting frameworks that safeguard our clients and their investments.
Client Vigilance Solutions focuses on several areas of investor protection, such as product governance, appropriateness testing, client classification, and marketing. Our team comprises dedicated professionals with expertise in data, processes, and organization.
As our Client Vigilance Manager, you will be responsible for transforming procedural regulatory requirements into seamless and effective processes across the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support comprehensive frameworks for investor/client protection.
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable processes.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth implementation and compliance.
- Monitor and update frameworks to align with evolving regulatory landscapes and best practices.
Your Profile:
- You have experience working with regulation in practice, potentially in the financial sector.
- You excel in stakeholder management, effectively addressing the questions and needs of others.
- You hold a master’s degree or higher in a related field.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
