As a PT Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the factory with production equipment, processes, and systems while actively participating in product development and change management. With direct reference to the PT Manager you will join our PT & MSW team of 9 colleagues working with hardware and software technologies across our Heat/Cooling production. Together, we optimize products, machines, and processes to ensure high product quality and smooth operations. Here is what the job entails
As a PT Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the factory with production equipment, processes, and systems while actively participating in product development and change management. You will collaborate closely with technicians, operators, and quality specialists on the production floor to solve challenges and drive continuous improvements.

- Being part of the daily operation by solving issues with products, systems and equipment
- Driving continuous improvement and challenging existing processes
- Maintaining accurate production-related master data and ensuring clear SOP documentation
- Coordinating tests of new or updated parts and equipment in production

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering, or a master’s degree in production (e.g., Cand. Tech.) or similar
- Have 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience working with PLCs and robots
- Possess broad knowledge of technical production systems, including IT, as well as general processes within industrial production
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, using data to drive continuous improvements and change
- Are a strong communicator and works collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
