As an IT Infrastructure Technician Apprentice, you will support the resilience, scalability, and security of our critical network and server infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to modernizing our infrastructure, working closely with experienced specialists in cross-functional teams.

Reporting directly to our Head of Core Infrastructure, you will join a team consisting of 10 skilled specialists. Our team is known for its welcoming atmosphere and collaborative mindset. We prioritize continuous learning and personal development, ensuring you have a clear path to acquiring the technical skills you need.

We are looking for a motivated student with an interest in IT infrastructure who is seeking an apprenticeship as part of their education program and is ready to develop their skills and gain practical experience.

As an IT Infrastructure Technician Apprentice, you will support the resilience, scalability, and security of our critical network and server infrastructure. - Assisting in the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of our network to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Supporting the management of server environments, including deployment and maintenance
- Helping to implement and maintain security measures across network and server systems
- Learning to diagnose and resolve issues across network and server domains

We are looking for a motivated student with an interest in IT infrastructure who is seeking an apprenticeship as part of their education program and is ready to develop their skills and gain practical experience.

- Are studying to become a data technician or similar, with a great interest in IT infrastructure
- Have basic knowledge of core infrastructure services, such as network configuration, server management, and data storage, and are eager to learn more
- Enjoy solving technical problems, collaborating with your team, and taking ownership of your own tasks
