QA Senior Professional for SAP Master Data is responsible for maintaining master data for all outsourced products, which is done in SAP ECC. Experience with SAP ECC (Enterprise Core Component) or related systems is therefore a requirement. As QA Senior Professional in the QA Support team, you will be part of a team which is responsible for supporting the QA project, DS and DP operations teams in the department. You will solve a wide variety of tasks and have a great opportunity to be challenged every day in a job with lots of professional interfaces working with many stakeholders both internally and externally. You need to understand end-to-end flow where material master data are involved and need to be business oriented and able to take the dialogue with the business. Your main responsibility will be to: Build, maintain and approve material masters in SAP ECC Creation of CoA (Certificate of Analysis) Master Data and CoC (Certificate of Compliance) Set direction of how to set up new products for QA release Be a part of projects for implementing new CMO’s in systems Your tasks will also include review and approval of quality related documents such as SOP’s, deviations and change control cases. Additionally, you will be involved in process improvements and projects. This position requires a strong quality mindset and a solid process and business understanding. You will be working with stakeholders from different cultures and facilitate cross-cultural solutions. Qualifications You hold an academic degree as Pharmacist, Engineer or similar and has experience from a pharmaceutical organisation. You have 3-5 years of relevant experience within quality assurance, and you have worked with quality processes in relation to Master Data and/or SAP. The ideal candidate has track record of working with SAP ECC You are detail-oriented with a strong quality mind set and are a team player but are also able to work independently. You have a thoroughly knowledge of products and the organization in Novo Nordisk You have a pragmatic approach to problem solving and strong interpersonal skills. You have great communication, collaboration skills, and you are expected to be fluent in Danish and English. You thrive on working across departments in an international organisation.

GCM QA is a dynamic department consisting of 50 competent people and is characterised by a high level of professionalism, flexibility and cooperation. The primary role of our department is to deliver QA support and set direction for our Global Contract Manufacturer Organisations (GCM) worldwide. The open position as QA Professional is in the QA Support team, which is responsible for coordination and support to GCM QA.
