Apply today and embark on a life-changing career!The position As Associate Manager, you will:• Lead a team of 16 skilled workers and apprentices responsible for two assembly lines and two packaging lines at our site in Kirke Værløse.• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance on the lines in compliance with internal and external requirements.• Drive improvements in production efficiency and quality in accordance with GMP standards.• Use data-driven insights to improve production lines and transition towards a proactive maintenance and spare part system.• Set clear expectations and tangible goals for your team, ensuring alignment and success through collaboration.• Foster a team culture rooted in respect, cooperation, and empathy for colleagues and stakeholders.We value continuous learning and encourage each team member to take initiative and contribute with their unique expertise. By fostering a culture of trust and accountability, we create an environment where innovation and improvement thrive.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:• Minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience in a production environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.• Proven track record in complex problem solving and working with LEAN methodologies.• Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams, with a solid people leadership background.• A strategic, innovative, and analytical mindset with a strong ability to drive results.• Technical understanding and hands-on experience with stakeholder management are considered strong assets.• Fluency in both English and Danish is required.As a leader, you are structured, efficient, and consistent in driving both daily operations and long-term goals. You excel in communication and building strong professional relationships across all levels. With a focus on simplicity and effectiveness, you implement systems and processes that engage people and foster ownership through involvement and empowerment.About the departmentYou will report to the Senior Manager of Finished Products Manufacturing Operations, overseeing activities at both our Gentofte and Kirke Værløse sites. You will join a dedicated management team comprising five managers and an assistant. Our Kirke Værløse site, while one of ’s smaller facilities with around 250 employees and four production lines, plays a vital role in our rare disease portfolio. Looking ahead, the site is set for exciting growth with the addition of three new production lines within the coming year, supporting the introduction of new products and devices.
