Are you ready to provide first-class compliance support to the SGL Group, as our new Compliance Specialist? Based on our virtues, you will play a meaningful role in our compliance program and support the entire organisation and work closely with stakeholders from our commercial activities.
The position
We offer an exciting and rewarding role where you will be part of a dedicated Global Legal and Compliance team responsible for driving our compliance program, including group compliance requirements, GDPR initiatives, and governance-related processes. What we expect you to bring

You aren't perfect, and neither are we; however, to guide you as to whether you will thrive with us, here are some specific requirements we are looking for:What we expect you to bringMinimum 2 years experience from a compliance position or similar, preferably as an in-house counsel, Compliance Specialist or from a law firm Highly interested in compliance and related requirementsYou have a good understanding of processes, identifying and managing the associated risks, and, importantly, the desire to work with suchYou have an analytical and structured approach to solving tasks on your own and with others.You have effective communication skills and the ability to adjust to a level that suits the target groups with which you are communicatingDanish and English speaking and writingAs a person, you are responsible, diligent, and bring a good mood.
