Procurement in is overall responsible for the process of sourcing goods and services from Suppliers, and applying comprehensive Sustainable Procurement measures to ’s supply chain. Monitoring, measuring and reporting Procurement activities and deliverables is a vital role to ensure compliance with 's Supply Chain.
We are looking for a student assistant who can support supply chain data analysis, procurement KPIs reporting, and identifying potential improvement opportunity for procurement operational reporting and analysis. You will primarily support our procurement analyst and work together with a group of skilled procurement professionals. Your working hours will be between 15 hours to 20 hours per week.

- Actively assist Procurement Analyst on maintaining Procurement KPI dashboard and other relevant reporting
- Perform data analysis and improve data quality for supply chain data
- Potentially identify improvement opportunities for procurement operations and reporting

- Currently pursuing studies in economics, finance, mathematics, supply chain, or a related field, with a strong interest in procurement.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with databases or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
