Do you want to shape how a fast‑growing Nordic software company attracts and hires the people who build solutions that make everyday life easier for thousands of customers?
Are you motivated by creating a global, data‑driven TA setup — and by combining strat[xxxxx]y, structure and hands‑on recruitment? Do you thrive on leading and developing talent acquisition teams across geographies? Then you might be our new
Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition!
You will be part of a newly established function, Talent Development & Acquisition (TD&A), with full responsibility for taking
[xxxxx]’s global TA setup to the next level and ensuring that we can hire for the roles that shape
[xxxxx]’s future workforce — across the Nordics and India. You will report to the Senior Manager of TD&A.
You are the ideal candidate if you are a TA leader who stays close to work. You thrive in a role where you both shape the global TA strat
[xxxxx]y and personally drive a substantial portion of the recruitment. Your approach is insight‑driven, hands‑on and focused on delivering real hiring outcomes while building a strong, unified TA function.
Lead Our Global Talent Acquisition Transformation As Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, you will have overall responsibility for designing and running
[xxxxx]’s global TA setup, ensuring coherence, scalability and strong execution across all markets.
You will focus on:
Building a future‑ready TA function - Designing and operating a coherent, data‑driven and AI‑enabled global TA model.
- Aligning TA with [xxxxx]'s capability priorities and EVP.
- Ensuring seamless collaboration across Nordics and India.
Leading the global TA organisation - Line managing the Nordic TA team.
- Providing functional leadership for the TA team in India (with local line management in place).
- Ensuring TA operates as one global team.
Driving recruitment hands‑on - Owning a portfolio of recruitment processes in the Nordics and selected global processes.
- Role‑modelling excellent hiring practices end‑to‑end.
Making TA the Talent Intelligence Hub - Bringing insight into critical talent markets (AI profiles, product managers, engineering leaders, services profiles).
- Using market insights to influence decisions on where, who and how we hire
Running a scalable operating model - Defining and tracking key TA metrics.
- Working closely with HR Operations & Digital Enablement on systems, data and processes.
Supporting internal mobility - Ensuring internal candidates and successors are actively considered for senior and specialist roles.
- Helping leaders build real internal career paths.
Embedding responsible AI in TA - Introducing AI‑assisted sourcing, assessment support and content generation.
- Ensuring fairness, transparency and clear human‑in‑the‑loop principles.
Activating [xxxxx]’s EVP - Bringing our EVP to life in job ads and the candidate experience.
- Ensuring consistency between external messaging and internal reality.
What You Bring You are an experienced TA leader with a documented track record of building strong talent acquisition setups and delivering high-quality hiring in complex, knowledge-based environments.
You bring 7–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least three years in a leadership role, and you have worked in software, SaaS or similarly complex B2B environments. You have proven experience building or scaling TA operating models — ideally including offshore or nearshore collaboration — and you are comfortable working with data and AI-enabled tools as a matter of course.
You navigate confidently between strat
[xxxxx]ic priorities and day-to-day execution, communicate with credibility at senior levels, and lead in a way that builds trust across cultures and geographies. Fluency in English and Danish is essential.
What’s in it for You? This is a central role with genuine organizational sponsorship and real room to shape a critical function as
[xxxxx] grows. You will have the opportunity to design and lead a global TA setup within a Nordic-inspired culture built on trust, autonomy and collaboration — in an international environment with clear strat
[xxxxx]ic ambitions.
