Pricing Manager for

In , we are strengthening our global pricing capabilities and elevating how we support commercial decisions across the business. As our new Pricing Manager, you will be part of shaping a world-class pricing setup — one that enables consistent, data-driven decisions and supports long-term value creation across Xellia’s portfolio.
This role is ideal for an experienced Pricing Manager, Commercial Excellence Manager, or Commercial Finance professional looking to step into a broader, more strategic position with real influence and direct exposure to senior stakeholders.

Your new team
You will join the Business Monitoring & Pricing team, working closely with the Associate Pricing Director and one analyst, while partnering with key stakeholders across Commercial, Portfolio Management, and other Group Finance functions. As the team expands its capabilities and ways of working, you will have a strong platform to influence how pricing is executed, governed, and scaled across Xellia.
You can be based either in Copenhagen, working closely with your direct manager, or in Kiefersfelden, Germany, where several colleagues from Business Monitoring & Pricing are located. In both locations, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing

Your key responsibilities include:
- Being the primary pricing partner to Commercial teams and supporting pricing decisions.
- Reviewing business cases and contract renewals with clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Leading pricing reviews, ensuring alignment with pricing targets and governance rules.
- Enabling Sales teams through pricing frameworks and value-based pricing principles.
- Operationalizing global pricing frameworks, tools, and processes—including segmentation models and price corridors.
- Owning pricing dashboards, KPIs, and margin monitoring (Power BI).
- Managing pricing governance, approval flows, and ensuring strong documentation and compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned, fact-based decisions.
What we expect you to bring
We are looking for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and strong commercial thinking into the pricing agenda — and who can influence senior stakeholders with confidence.
To succeed in this role, you likely bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or commercial excellence (pharma or other B2B industries preferred).
- Solid understanding of cost structures, deal mechanics, and competitive pricing.
- High proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
- Experience implementing pricing processes or governance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to simplify complex analyses.
- A structured, proactive approach and the ability to balance strategic and hands-on work.
