Process Specialist - Weekend

Position overview
The Process Support department is divided into three specialized teams and production areas: Basis-, SFI- and Production Support – consisting of 29 committed and skilled employees in total. It is, among other things, our responsibility that our production processes and equipment are always in a validated state and are thus ready to produce on. You will be joining the SFI Process Support team, consisting of 10 employees.
As our production is running 24/7, this position is an academic supporting role to the SFI Production on the weekends. You will work closely with Operators and Associate Managers during the day- and evening shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and collaborate with the rest of the SFI Process Support Team on Mondays. The position is 29 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to be agreed upon with the Manager of SFI Process Support team.
Your role
As part of the SFI Process Support Team, you will be responsible for providing GMP support to the production line during weekends. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our production processes and the associated documentation. Your presence in production will be essential for facilitating systematic problem-solving and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

Your primary tasks will be:
- General GMP support to production operations
- Facilitating systematic problem-solving and driving corrective actions to completion
- Conducting training/information sessions for operators on new implementations and GMP practice
- Improvement and optimization of our standards to reflect process changes
- Reviewing logbooks and batch documentation
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be able to work in a structured and analytical manner
- Have a solid GMP-background
- Be able to work independently and make informed decisions regarding product quality
- Be comfortable working in a dynamic production environment and collaborating across shifts
About you

- At least 1-2 years of experience from a GMP-regulated environment in pharma, medtech, food or an equivalently regulated industry
- Experience working with cleanrooms and cleaning of facilities is a plus
- Good written and verbal competencies in both Danish and English
