About the role
We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our team of four Management Assistants. As a Student Assistant, you will support the management team with administrative, practical and communication tasks with a focus on making the Project Management department run as smoothly as possible. You will be guided in your tasks by the members of the Management team.
As a team, we are working on supporting managers in their daily work. Why do we need you? Our goal is to support Management the best way possible. Your role will be key in making sure this happens.
You will be working between 15-25 hours per week in our Virum office, based on your needs and preferences, with a flexible schedule to suit your study and exam periods.

- Administrative support in recruitment of employees
- Support in coction with anniversaries, retirements, and resignations
- Intranet corrections and maintenance
- Travel bookings
- Approval of invoices and time registrations
- Meeting booking and catering
- Practical tasks related to workshops, seminars, and other events
- Preparing presentation materials for management
- Minor purchases
- Minor financial reports and analyses
- Minor development tasks based on your interests and needs in the area
- Ad hoc tasks

- You are a student currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or have just started your master's degree - could be in finance, HR or project management
- You are familiar with the MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and are curious about other systems
- You speak and write Danish and English
- We would prefer if you have a driver's license
