About the role We’re looking for a creative and structured student assistant to help us improve our Project Management communication cha
[xxxxx]ls, support development of learning materials, the line managers and practice owners who continuously refine our project management methods.
You’ll join a collaborative and experienced Project Management community responsible for guiding, supporting, and developing project managers across
[xxxxx]. You will work closely with line managers, practice owners, and PM specialists who create and update our ways of working, standards, onboarding materials, and training content. This gives you a unique opportunity to learn how project management is practiced in real life - from methodology development to supporting project teams in their daily work.

How you might spend your days As a Student Assistant, you’ll be:
- Improving our SharePoint site by structuring, updating, and redesigning content so it becomes a clear and user‑friendly hub for PM tools, practices, templates, and training.
- Assisting line managers and practice owners with maintaining and updating our PM practices (“how we work”), gathering input from stakeholders, and ensuring materials remain relevant and aligned.
- Supporting the evolution of training and onboarding by contributing to refreshed PM onboarding materials, role guides, and learning content.
- Designing high‑quality learning materials, including visually strong slides, overviews, checklists, and guides.
- Supporting communication and publishing by drafting short announcements, updates, and release notes when new or updated PM practices and trainings are launched.
- Taking part in continuous improvement by using feedback, analytics, and user insights to propose improvements to both content and how information is presented.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or first‑year Master’s programme (e.g., Communication, Digital Design, Information Science, Learning & Development, Engineering Management or similar).
- Strong interest in how organisations work, how practices are developed, and how training is created.
- Solid M365, Teams and SharePoint skills; bonus if you have experience with content design, layout, or information architecture.
