You will join our Global Finance Team, consisting of colleagues at our headquarters in Stilling and internationally. The team works closely across borders and plays a vital role in ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. You will report to the Global Accounting Manager.
About the Role As Financial Controller, you will combine classic financial controlling with process optimization and business partnering. You will play an important role in ensuring accurate reporting while continuously strengthening our financial processes and digital maturity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to timely and accurate internal and external reporting
- Ensuring compliance across accounting processes for all group entities
- Driving process improvements and strengthening financial workflows
- Acting as a business partner by delivering actionable financial insights
- Supporting the organization with accounting-related guidance
- Participating in the external audit process
- Developing and documenting accounting policies and business procedures

Your Profile We imagine you bring 3+ years of experience from a similar role or from auditing, combined with a relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Have strong Excel and Power BI skills and enjoy working analytically
- Work with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Thrive in a data-driven and digital finance environment
- Communicate fluently in Danish and English (written and spoken)
- Take ownership while valuing collaboration and sparring with colleagues
- Are curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously develop your professional skills
