You will be part of a professional team consisting of ten colleagues, reporting to the Accounting Manager. Your schedule will be flexible according to your studies, but we are expecting that you will work approximately 15 hours a week. There will not be any travel requirements, and your normal workplace will be Brøndby, Copenhagen. Your task would look something like this:

Follow up on outstanding credit card transactions

Assist with expense reimbursement claims

Provide support to existing and new users on how to use the Travel and Entertainment system
