We are an Italian Restaurant looking for talented, responsible manager to work with our Executive chef to provide the best Italian cuisine experience to our guests.

We offer a good work enviroment where we assure that you are going have fun while working and expand your knowledge in Italian cuisine, wine and how to serve the costumers in the best Italian way possible.

Duties at the workplace:
- Setting regular cleaning standars for the kitchen
- Creating schedules for all kitchen staff
- Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service
- Create and update wine list
- Pair and suggest wines that will best complement the menu
- Follow the kitchen finances to identify areas of pontential waste
Requirements:
- Reside in Denamrk
- 2 years minimun experience as a Kitchen Manager(optional)
- Experienced with wine
- Passionate with Italian cuisine
- Kitchen related diploma(optional)
- Fluent in English and basic Italian
