This position is based at our friendly office in Herning or Roskilde, Denmark and you will join our Team Corporate Actions. If you will be located at the Roskilde office, there will be traveling activities to Herning. The Team Corporate Actions is in charge of developing and maintaining applications in the corporate actions and portfolio management area.
The team consist of software engineers, business analysts, and scrum master and is a part of the Markets and Trading domain.
To create the best value for our customers, we have chosen to work in an agile setup inspired by the SAFe framework.
The Markets and Trading Domain consist of 5 teams covering domain areas like custody, corporate actions, securities, investment, portfolio management, pool investment and PAL tax. This position has focus on the corporate actions and portfolio management area.
The biggest enablers in this area are new legislation requirements combined with new business requirements with focus on developing corporate action applications prepared for the future.
The Business Analyst role offers the possibility for you to work closely with customers, product owner, scrum master and developers in the team. At , we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week. Your direct manager will be Peter Bak-Hansen.

The Business Analyst role offers the possibility for you to work closely with customers, product owner, scrum master and developers in the team. Primary tasks and responsibilities include:
- Cooperation and communication with all stakeholders, like product owners, customers and vendors
- Define and refine user stories in cooperation with the customers and the product owner
- Drive the requirement management process, for example facilitating workshops with the customers
- Facilitate implementation of webinars/workshops to the customers
- Secure high quality in deliveries through ongoing testing activities
- Support customers when they report incidents or ask questions
- Inform and communicate with the customers with a service-minded approach
To succeed you will have:
- Master English at a high level both in writing and orally
- Knowledge about the corporate action area
- Experience in business development of financial solutions
- The ability to understand complicated requirements and transfer these into specific solutions, for example legislation requirements
- You are structured and analytic – for example have a great interest in working with data
- You are proactive, self-driven and result-oriented
- An excellent communicator and facilitator
- Experience in processes related to IT development of digital solutions
- Education requirements
It’s nice-to-have:
- Knowledge about the SCoRE requirements related to the corporate actions domain area
- Knowledge about portfolio management
