CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is looking for an experienced Facilities Management Account Manager to lead the delivery of a major logistics client in Slough.

This is a high-profile role within our Facilities Management division, where you will take full ownership of account performance, building strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a consistently exceptional, 5-star service.

What you’ll be doing


As Facilities Management Account Manager, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of hard services, managing site teams and supply chain partners to meet contractual KPIs and service outcomes
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships through regular progress meetings, site visits and ongoing engagement
  • Take full P&L accountability, ensuring agreed profit margins are achieved and sustained
  • Manage and develop a mixed team of soft services professionals, M&E engineers and contract support staff to maximise performance and engagement
  • Support the development of standard operating procedures, emergency response and contingency plans
  • Champion health, safety and compliance, ensuring safe working conditions and regular policy reviews
  • Identify and deliver opportunities for the strategic growth of the contract, increasing turnover and profitability and supporting successful re-tenders

About you


To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar Account Manager or Contract Manager role within Facilities Management
  • Strong FM knowledge across hard service delivery
  • Environment experience in a logistics or depots (desirable)
  • Strong commercial acumen, including demonstrable experience managing a P&L
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • A health & safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH (desirable)
