is looking for a Senior International Sales Manager to lead and grow our distributor business mainly across APAC and wholesale partners in emerging markets. This role combines strategic market development with hands-on execution to open new markets, strengthen existing partnerships, and deliver strong commercial results.
Reporting directly to the International Sales Director, you will play a key role in shaping ’s global expansion strategy.
The position is based at our Head Office in Østerbro, Copenhagen.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Develop the distributor strategy and roadmap, including market potential evaluations for APAC (primary), EMEA (secondary), and other potential regions. Manage wholesale partners in emerging markets, driving sustainable growth and ensuring alignment with global strategy
- Screen and identify potential distributor partners in priority markets, ensuring fit with brand positioning, growth goals, and operational requirements
- Lead outreach, negotiations and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, operational, and brand requirements
- Define the right assortment, implement operational procedures, including logistics requirements, forecasting, and reporting standards
- Support and guide distributors on commercial targets, marketing activation, and product positioning
- Monitor performance and take corrective action to deliver and develop growth ambitions
- Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure market success
- Act as the main link between distributors and HQ, representing market needs internally
Experience, Skills and Expertise
- Proven track record developing and executing distributor strategies in international markets
- Experience managing and growing distributor partnerships with measurable commercial results
- Experience in driving growth with key accounts
- Skilled in contract negotiation, compliance, and international operational frameworks
- Hands-on experience setting up forecasting, logistics, and reporting processes for distributor markets
- Background in apparel, fashion, or FMCG, ideally in premium/lifestyle brands
- Strong market analysis capability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
- Demonstrated success in APAC markets; exposure to EMEA and/or North America is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantage
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, International Sales, or related field

- Culturally aware and skilled at navigating diverse business contexts
- Open to travel (approx. 30–60 travel days per year) to engage with distributors and markets directly
