Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain capabilities and scalability
- Lead initiatives to reduce SC LPF through data analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Align Planning, Logistics, Customer Care and Service Operations to support Supply Chain readiness and growth
- Monitor performance metrics to identify trends and support strategic decisions
- Support continuous improvement by developing and implementing optimized processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Solid experience in supply chain development, operations, or business process improvement
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving scalable solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams
- Experience in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Very good knowledge of English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of German would be beneficial
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
