Do you want to play an important part in creating and analytics in Novo Nordisk? Are you looking for a department where you can sharpen your toolbox with the newest technologies and development within supply chain? In that case this might just be the job for you! The position You will join an agile delivery team and support our journey towards the next level of analytics by building data models and dashboards as part of high impact analytics use cases or as part of your own data assignments. Your focus area will be to support the Supply Chain organisation with different analytical solutions to support a data driven organisation. You will work with Business Intelligence and visualization tools with the great development opportunities in both supporting our data foundation team or add more advanced analytical techniques. You will analyse and cleanse large datasets with the goal to convert data into decisions and insights. You will be involved from ideation, development, and deployment of models across the global supply chain. You will be working on specific use cases in sprint style as well as various ad-hoc data-related tasks. You will take a leading role on driving the technical side of projects and deliverables, as much as setting the standard of analytics in Digital Supply Chain. Qualifications You have a degree at minimum master’s level in e.g. Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar with excellent results and a natural flair for data. You should have previous full-time experience in data analytics and stakeholder management. Skills that will be essential for this role include: Proven passion for generating insights from data to enable insight driven decisions on the business level Min. 3 years of analytical experience Comfort manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable way Ability to identify problems and proactively structure plans for solutions Expertise with analytical and visualisation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI Ability to review others’ analysis and provide constructive methods for optimisation Understanding of supply chain management, hereby processes, network and end-to-end trade-offs You have a can-do analytical mindset, and it comes naturally to you to test new techniques, tools and ways of working. We expect you will be good at what you do, have an eye for details, and be able to take lead on projects. You have a burning desire to learn new things and are curious about the processes and people you work with. You can work both independently and together with others. You can communicate with different kinds of stakeholders with differing levels of analytics knowledge. About the department In the Supply Chain Data & Analytics department, you will be working in a team on the frontier of bringing analytics solutions to the production and supply chain areas. Using the growing data landscape within Novo Nordisk, we carry out complex analyses and build data-driven tools to deliver business insights and value to different departments within the organization.
